The Labs Workbench is currently in beta testing. As we work on our official support policy, please note the following
This support policy refers to the Labs Workbench demonstration instance available at https://www.workbench.nationaldataservice.org.
- Labs Workbench is currently deployed on NCSA's Nebula OpenStack system. Nebula support is M-F 8am - 5pm central time with regular maintenance windows on Tuesday mornings.
- Labs Workbench technical support is available from the NDS team M-F 8am - 5pm central time via ndslabs-support@nationaldataservice.org.
- Community technical support is available through the NDS Labs Gitter channel (https://gitter.im/nds-org/ndslabs) or Google forum (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/ndslabs)
- For off-hours emergencies and outages, the NDS Labs team provides best-effort support
