A standard means of harvesting available data publication identifiers (all or those produced after a specific date/time)  from a given repository

Options (Those who know details/references to OIA-PMH, SHARE Notify, etc. - please add) Note - the RDA Research Data Repository Interoperability group has a good list started with some minimal pro/con analysis started - we might be able to leverage that/contribute to it, etc.)
